Services we provide
Peak Asset Management provides general financial product advice in relation to equity securities listed on the ASX and Canadian exchanges (TSX.V, CSE). We do not provide personalised financial advice. Our services include research reports, market commentary, and information about capital raisings and investment opportunities.
How we are remunerated
Peak Asset Management may receive fees and commissions in connection with capital raisings and transactions in which it acts as lead manager, joint lead manager or corporate adviser. Details of specific remuneration will be disclosed in relevant offer documents. We may also receive ongoing management fees.
Conflicts of interest
Peak Asset Management and its principals may hold securities in companies mentioned in research or communications. We manage conflicts through our internal conflict of interest policy, which includes disclosure to clients and, where necessary, declining to act.
Professional indemnity insurance
LeMessurier Securities Pty Ltd holds professional indemnity insurance cover as required under the Corporations Act 2001. This insurance covers claims arising from financial services provided under its AFSL.
