What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name (where relevant to your enquiry), your areas of interest, whether you currently hold shares, whether you are a wholesale or sophisticated investor as defined by the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), and the content of your message. When you subscribe to access our research we collect your name, email address and investor type. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and operational purposes.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess which opportunities and research are appropriate to make available to you, send research, market updates and other communications you have requested, and comply with our legal obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 and ASIC requirements. Your wholesale or sophisticated investor status is used to determine which offers may lawfully be made to you.
Disclosure and storage
We may disclose your information to our licensee LeMessurier Securities Pty Ltd (AFSL 296877) and as required by law. Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system, Ontraport, and this website is hosted on Vercel; both providers store data on servers located in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.
Third-party services on this site
The contact page includes an embedded Google Map, and company logos on this site are served by logo.dev; when these load, your browser communicates directly with those providers, which may collect standard technical information under their own privacy policies. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure.
Access, correction and opting out
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at info@peakassetmanagement.com.au. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
