Niv founded Peak in 2013. He previously headed HC Securities, spent three years growing Halifax Investment's capital markets division, and worked the wholesale desk at Macquarie Bank, servicing institutional, intermediary and offshore clients. He takes an active approach to managing client funds and is focused on backing strong management teams and helping Australian companies expand into North American markets. Non-Executive Director of Terra Critical Minerals (ASX:T92) and Noviqtech (ASX:NVQ).

Qualifications: B.Com (Honours, Finance) (University of Melbourne)

Ali leads M&A advisory and deep-tech investing at PEAK, advising on deal structuring and capital raising across the mid-market. His sell-side banking background is matched by direct experience as a founder and operator. He has strong relationships across the institutional investor base, giving PEAK clients direct access to capital and the right counterparties. His focus areas span clean-tech, AI, robotics, quantum computing, biotech and medtech. Ali holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, a Master's degree in Management and a Master's degree in Environment from the University of Melbourne.

Liam holds a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Economics and Finance. At Peak, he supports the firm by preparing company research reports, managing internal operations, and identifying investment opportunities across public and private markets. He brings a diverse background in market research, education, and sales management, with a strong interest in sustainable innovation and emerging technologies.

Qualifications: B.Bus (Economics & Finance)

Shakhruz is a Junior Analyst at PEAK, working across equity research and corporate advisory. His experience spans ASX-listed companies across biotechnology, technology and resources, with a focus on company analysis, valuation and investment research. His broader experience includes portfolio risk, thematic and sentiment analysis, as well as the application of AI and data-driven tools across investment research and financial analysis. Shakhruz is completing a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Monash University, bringing a multidisciplinary background to his work across financial markets and emerging technologies.
